Stephen Mason
Chairman
Stephen has 40 years experience in mainframe computing. Starting out as an IBM engineer on-site at Lloyds Bank, he has since held management and board positions in both public and private companies in the IT sector. His experience in software, financing and M&A activity provide strong leadership to Circle's strategy for it's mainframe clients.

Geoff Cooke
Chief Executive Officer
Since joining IBM in 1980, Geoff has worked in the mainframe, software and distributed computing industries. His extensive sales management experience with companies such as Computer Associates, Platinum Technology, Software AG and EMC² are complemented by a strong understanding of the challenges of enterprise computing.

Bill Bostridge
VP - North America
Based out of our Boston office, Bill manages all aspects of business development and sales activity for North America and has been with Circle since 2003. He has over 25 years IT experience of which 20 years has been in sales and marketing management both in the UK and in the US, Bill moved to the Boston area in 1994 and prior to his appointment at Circle, had led successful UK company expansions into North America for WorkGroup Systems and Swallow Information Systems. He works closely with Circle's North American clients to ensure a successful outcome to each migration project, and invites you to contact him directly to discuss your particular requirements.

Stan Hoey
VP - Migration Solutions
Stan has over 30 years practical experience in the IBM mainframe environment, spending the last 20 years working with databases. Stan co-authored Redbooks in the 1990's, including DB2 Disaster Recovery and Distributed DB2 Processing. He joined Circle Computer Group in 1996 to work on IMS and VSAM to DB2 migration, and his team has helped many of Circle's customers across the world to successfully and transparently migrate their legacy applications to DB2.

Jerry Burnett
Chief Technology Officer
Jerry graduated from Southampton University in 1976 with a BSC Honours degree in Mathematics. At the start of his career he briefly held roles as a Systems Analyst and Programmer before joining Granada TV as a CICS Systems Programmer. This post he held for 6 years before joining CIRCLE in 1984 to work in the Software Development team where he has remained to this day. Jerry has been involved with all of Circle's software products and has worked with OS/390, z/OS, CICS, IMS and DB2 throughout his time at Circle.

Elizabeth Munson
Chief Financial Officer
Liz qualified as a Chartered Accountant in London in 1988 with Stoy Hayward and then spent 5 years with Pitney Bowes Europe followed by a variety of finance and project roles in the retail, healthcare and electronics sectors, including Philips Electronics, before joining Circle in 2006.
